checkout you will have a number of shipping options to select from.
Shipping is zone-based and dependent upon the weight of your order
and geographical location. Below is an overview of the available
options.
First Class Post: A good option for packages of less monetary
value. *Please note that while this is an economical option,
your package is Un-insured. Customer must accept risk of lost or
damaged items.* You can usually expect to receive your purchase
within 5-10 days of the shipping date.
Registered Mail: This shipping method is insured and your
package can be tracked. You can usually expect to receive your
purchase within 12 days of the shipping date.
Fed-Ex or DHL:
Expect to receive your purchase within 2-3 business days of the
shipping date. This shipping method is fully insured. The costs are as follows:
Store Pick-up: The recommended method if you are planning on
visiting our retail store.

If you are in any way
unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) for refund or
store credit. Please
contact us in advance of returning an item. Returns must be
made within 7 days of the date of receipt, in the same condition as
sold, including all original packaging. Refunded items are subject to a
10% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived if you accept store
credit in lieu of a refund. Original shipping charges are not
refundable. A copy of the invoice and a clear explanation concerning the
nature of the return must accompany the returned merchandise. All items are inspected
